As a major milestone toward this vision, the school has acquired the land for its permanent campus, and construction of the first phase is currently underway.
The current phase includes the completion of the first floor of a two-story academic building, consisting of six classrooms and administrative offices. The strategic goal is to complete this first phase by October, providing expanded learning spaces to accommodate the school's growing enrollment and academic programs.
Following the completion of the first floor, construction will continue on the second floor, further expanding the campus with additional classrooms and instructional spaces. Over time, the permanent campus will include modern classrooms, administrative offices, a multimedia library, STEAM and science laboratories, technology-rich learning spaces, and other facilities that support the Academy's mission of delivering high-quality, student-centered education.
This phased approach allows Education First Academy to continue serving its students while strategically investing in infrastructure that will benefit generations of learners and strengthen educational opportunities in Maryland County and beyond.
